Provision of counselling services to an injured worker throughout the course of rehabilitation, focusing on the worker's health and return to work needs.

Counselling is aimed at development, implementation and completion of a Return to Work Plan for each worker. This can include motivational counselling, adjustment to disability counselling or counselling to identify suitable job options where a vocational assessment is not required.

The counselling is provided by a qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist.
