Workplace Fitness/Therapy Programmes

Health Professionals, such as physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, can attend your workplace on a regular basis (usually 2-3 times per week) to offer advice and supervision of your employees during one-on-one or group exercise classes. This can include your employees being given a programme of exercises to perform during sessions as well as at home.

The service can be exercise based only, but if a physiotherapist is provided, the service can extend to the provision of assessment and treatment of individuals. Depending on the employer's wishes, the physiotherapy service can be for work-related injuries only, or for any injuries that employees may sustain.

Our enthusiastic and experienced health professionals maintain a focus on improving employees' strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Depending on the nature of each organisation, programmes can be generic or tailored to the specific job roles performed in all or parts of the organisation. In-house fitness programmes have been shown to improve employee morale, health and fitness, as well as reducing time lost to illness, and other absences.
